AladdinB2B is looking for a B2B Appointment Setter Manager : 

We are looking for someone who fits the startups culture - we are a young, happy, and motivated mastermind team working together remotely from all around the world. The B2B Appointment Setter Manager  shall form a mastermind alliance with the Project Manager. 



Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of B2B appointment setters, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they meet their targets.


  • Goal Setting: Establish clear and achievable performance targets for the appointment setting team, aligned with the company's sales and revenue goals.


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective B2B appointment setting strategies, which may involve script development, target audience identification, and lead generation techniques.


  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of appointment setters, using key metrics and analytics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.


  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members, helping them improve their skills in lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment scheduling.


  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on team performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing departments.


  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the appointment setting operation.


  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all appointments scheduled meet quality standards and are well-qualified to improve the sales team's efficiency.


  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align goals and strategies.

Job Specification:
