Recruiter

Harney District Hospital is seeking a Recruiter to join the HR Team. This is a full-time position with an hourly wage starting at $26.90. The Recruiter is responsible for implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies for all positions at the facility. Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for various roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take the initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of exempt-level recruiting experience, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• Previous experience recruiting for hospital or healthcare positions preferred.
• Possession of Professional Human Resources certification preferred.
