REPORTS TO: General Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Leader

Position Summary Statement: "Welcome to Firehouse". The line positions are critical to the daily success of the restaurant. Part of our mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food, in combination with heartfelt service. It has to be done right! The line is just thatthe front lines of our operation. Our standards must be exceeded to ensure we execute on our mission.

-Reasonable Store Hours! We are open daily from 10:30am-9pm. We are closed on most major holidays!
-No fryers or grills to clean! Our store equipment is low maintenance and doesn't require extensive daily cleaning.
-Flexible Scheduling-We will work with you and your school schedule!
-Sign on bonus! If you complete your training, a $100 bonus will be paid out after 60 days of employment.
-Refer a Friend! If you refer a new team member, that completes their training, a $50 bonus will be paid out to after 30 days of their employment.

• Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
• Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier, meat slicing or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.
• Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
