Maintenance Electrician
Education /Experience Requirements: Maintenance experience in an industrial company.
5 years formal training in maintenance, mechanics, electrical work, welding and use of hand
and power tools. Minimum of a high school degree. Good writing and math skills.
A Task Description: _ Perform required preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. Perform general facility maintenance when required. Maintain the department spare parts inventory.
B Job Task Training: _3 months minimum training by assigned qualified personnel. Maintenance work on electric motors, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, basic electric systems, use of mechanic hand and power tools.
C Job Safety Training: _Proper and safe operation of hand, power and pneumatic tools. Knowledge of lockout Tag-out procedures. Proper use of respiratory protection when working in an area where it is required. Proper and safe operation of Fork Lift.
D Knowledge of ACE Company Rules and Regulations F-19.4
E Job Safety Equipment Requirements: _Safety shoes, safety glasses.
F Quality System Training: Knowledge of the ACE Quality policy, ISO 9002 awareness.
