Salary: $25-$35/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're a Tahoe based vacation rental team seeking a capable individual to join our organization and assist in developing and managing our service operations. This person will work closely with our Operations Manager and engage with staff through recruiting, training, performance and quality management, scheduling, and team development. Their purpose will be to ensure efficient operations, high quality services, and a team orientated company culture.


We are open to experience levels ranging from professionals with a year of management under their belt to well groomed professionals. We care more about who you are, what you want, and what drives you than we do your resume.

You are a quick learner and decision maker, and outstanding at managing your time effectively and meeting deadlines.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Creating and managing our staff and service schedule
  • Employee management of the dispatch and field service departments, with our Operations Manager
  • Close pulse on complaints and investigates them, seeking resolution through calls, meeting, additional training and other means
  • Quality controll, including checking work and keeping a pulse on staff performance
  • Oversee and run training programs, including continuous training, tips and tricks
  • Organizing staff events and culture


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vacation rental experience preferred, but not a barrier
  • Understanding of HR and organizational principles 
  • Follow through - seeing a problem from beginning to end
  • De-escalation skills
  • Microsoft Office and computer application experience
  • Perform work duties in a safe manner
  • Stand for longer periods of time, move in and out of homes, lift 50 lbs over head
  • Driver's license, and 4x4 preferred
