Levander’s Body Shop is seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant at our Seward, Nebraska location!
Our family-owned body shop is looking for individuals with personal ambition and a strong work ethic to join our successful team. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Levander's is a fast growing collision repair shop and we are looking for someone who is eager and willing to be a team player. We offer a respectful and enjoyable work environment, great compensation, and generous benefits. Estimating experience would be most preferred.
Job Duties:
- Communicate appropriately with customers, insurance representatives, and team members
- Collect, track, and correct finances
- Create detailed notes in the company's customer relationship management system
- Assist the shop management team to ensure that vehicles are in pre-accident condition
- Reconcile statements
