Part-time Janitor (evenings)

Monday - Friday

Job Position Description:

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be able to work independently and not be supervisor by the client
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
• Must be able to properly handle chemicals
• Gather and empty trash
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaner, sponges, and squeegees
• Dust furniture, and walls
• Drive personal vehicles to assigned building and perform required janitorial tasks
• Must Pass Background Check
• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish is a plus
• **Education: It is preferred that you have janitorial experience

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and or carry 25lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
