Referral Coordinator

The Referral Coordinator works as part of the care team to assist patients with scheduling referrals for appointments and procedures as needed. Maintains ongoing tracking and appropriate documentations on referrals. Ensure complete and accurate patient demographic and current insurance information. The individual has excellent organization and communication skills (written and verbal). Works with and has access to confidential patient information. Employee should maintain a professional image and manner in dealing with patients, families, visitors, and clinic personnel.
