Engineering Manager

Summary:
The Module Engineering Manager oversees budget planning, continuous improvement projects, staffing, and implementation of new engineering systems within the department. Responsibilities include setting standards for engineering excellence, managing the Engineering Team, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to set and achieve goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing environments and industry standards
- Ability to lift up to 40-45 lbs
- Proven experience in APQP, PPAP, and project management
- Departmental budgeting experience

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering or related field

Requirements:
- 8+ years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of IATF-16949 and ISO 14001
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience in Just-In-Sequence manufacturing
- In-person work location
