Job Responsibilities Include:

• Build Teams, Lead, & Manage:
  Lead all labor, manage time sheets, hire and maintain team members
• Respond and Perform All Work:
  Respond 24/7, signed authorization docs, execute contracts, perform all work & monitor jobs to IICRC standards
• Driven & Thorough
  Measure twice, cut once. Do the job right, note details, and thoroughly account for everything
• Certified
  Licensed in around six IICRC, lead, asbestos, hazmat, or other restoration related trades
• Customer and Adjuster Satisfaction
  Act as a point of contact throughout the job and keep the customer satisfied
• Gather All Notes and Pictures
  Daily notes taken, entered into software, pictures taken and annotated, sketches and moisture maps5-Star Reviews
  Gets 5-star reviews with team member names mentioned
• Excellent Judgment
  Investigates, questions, brainstorms, & makes sound judgment calls on all jobs (based on standards & training)
• Ensure Specialty Gear, Equipment, & PPE are Utilized
  Maintain trucks, equipment & tools, ensure a safe workplace

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years (required)
• Education: Bachelors degree in construction or related field (preferred)
• Certifications: six restoration-related certifications
