Role
As a Machine Shop Operator (also known as CNC Operator, Machinist), you'll operate and maintain machinery, interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics, and troubleshoot technical issues. You'll also perform routine maintenance and calibration tasks to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime, all while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

- Stable work schedule with 8-hour day shifts from Monday to Friday.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Shop Tooling with Manual Mill and Manual Lathe experience preferred.
- Associates in Machining preferred.
- CNC experience preferred (Haas VF).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
