VER COORDINATOR

Essential Job Functions

• Performs duties with limited supervision following established procedures and deadlines.
• Works with GM sites to facilitate part transfers via a Teams file
• Documents all transactions into excel log
• Runs Winshuttles to create POs between plants
• Assists customers (internal and external) by identifying and troubleshooting issues that may arise with transactions or basic BOT questions
• Compiles data and runs Power BI for weekly metrics to GM Regional Managers
• Works directly with GM Manager to provide any data required
• Prepares and maintains documentation of processes and procedures (TIS and STS).
• Attend weekly meetings or as required
• Other tasks/duties as required
• Maintains a safe work environment and a team culture of safety

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with meeting deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Job requires extensive computer work

Minimum Requirements

• Previous work with SAP a bonus
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Basic Power BI and Winshuttle a bonus
