Mail Room Clerk Stager/Scanner
Stager/Scanner Position
Are you ready for a dynamic role where your attention to detail and teamwork shine? As a Stager/Scanner, you'll be an essential part of the operations, working on-site from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities of Mail Room Stager/Scanner
- Classifying and staging multi-page documents via mail, email, fax, and online, according to program and type.
- Batching multiple documents of the same type, ensuring each document is properly separated from the next to avoid rescans and possible HIPAA violations.
- Assigning ACNs based on program, type, and date.
- Scanning documents into an electronic imaging system.
- Familiarity using an electronic imaging system to search/review documents.
- Updating multiple log sheets with ACNs and counts.
- Must be detail oriented and able/willing to work independently and as part of a team.
- Use multiple computer programs throughout the day to ensure all documents and applications are processed in a timely manner.
Experience Required of Mail Room Stager/Scanner
- Accuracy is key as you log batches and compile daily productivity reports for our team leads.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Knowledge of numerical filing system.
- Compile and submit daily productivity reports to TA.
- Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with TA, Supervisor, Manager.
Full-time - $17/hr.
Education:
High School Degree (required)
