Summary/Objective

The Fulfillment/Customer Service Representative ensures the delivery of sales transactions, while maintaining the relationship with the marketplaces, as well as our sellers. S/he is also responsible for taking calls and responding to emails on sales order related questions from the marketplaces, and our sellers/clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process sales order transactions in a timely manner
  • Deliver sold inventory by set marketplace in hand dates via electronically through various software system(s)
  • Ship sold hard stock inventory by set marketplace in hand dates
  • Integrating hard-stock tickets into our general inventory store (Hard Stock tickets only)
  • Identify sales order issues and either resolve the issue at hand or escalate to Team Lead
  • Respond to emails on sales order related questions from the marketplaces and/or sellers.
  • Send emails to marketplaces and/or sellers on sales order related issues/questions.
  • Manage inbound calls from the marketplaces and/or sellers on sales order related issues/questions
  • Make outbound calls to marketplaces and/or sellers on sales order related issues/questions
  • Other tasks as assigned

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

  • Required: High School degree with 2 years of related experience or an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Preferred: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google web applications (Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Problem solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
