The essential functions of this position is to provide the highest quality of customer service to all prospective customers on new construction and remodel builds. This position schedules all new construction and remodel estimates, follows up with prospective customers on submitted estimates in a timely manner. This position is the direct liaison between customers and principles of the business.

 

The Project Coordinator conducts contract execution, assists customers with color selection of materials, gathers materials and resources for upcoming projects, submits permit applications and all pertinent documents to City and County entities for the issuance of permits. Schedules all construction inspects and communicates results with employees on permitting, inspections and material order utilizing project management software.
