Quotations Assistant

Job duties:

• Adding spec part numbers to quotes. 
• Compile RFQ requests to reps.
• Follow up on quote requests. 
• Input vendor quotes. 
• Take notes in meetings. 
• Call to follow up with reps. 

Qualifications:.

• Ability to communicate effectively with management and internal employees through multiple means.
• Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities and duties are continually changing.
• Experience using computers and the internet is necessary.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
