Equipment Operator

American Marine Construction LLC, a reputable family-owned and operated business, is currently seeking a committed full-time Equipment Operator to join our team. We specialize in the construction of piers/docks, seawalls/bulkheads, and boathouses along the Patuxent and Potomac River regions of Southern Maryland.

Position Details:

• Positions:
  • Equipment Operator
• Schedule: Full-time
  • May-October months: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
  • Other: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm
  • Occasional Saturdays

Compensation:

• Equipment Operator: Starting at $25/hr or higher, based on skill and experience.

Qualifications for Equipment Operator:

• Experience operating excavator required
• OSHA 30 Card preferred.
• Basic rough carpentry skills.
• Strong time management abilities expected
• Detail-oriented and patient.
• Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communicator.
