Qualifications

•Proven experience in providing barbering services, including haircuts and shaves

•Strong sales skills to promote retail products and upsell services

•Ability to mentor and train junior barbers in the latest techniques

•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and provide a positive experience at the front desk

•Deliver personalized consultations to understand clients' preferences and needs
