```Duties```
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Your duties will include:

- Set up and operate CNC machines such as milling machines, lathes, and press brakes
- Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control standards are met
- Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and related equipment
- Knowledge of logic controllers and programming
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for programming purposes
- Experience with press brake machines, presses, and milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools used in machining processes
- Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required
