Revit Drafter Wayfinding Signage

At Apple Designs, we create information systems designed to improve public navigation through complex environments. We specialize in static and dynamic signage, wayfinding information systems, experiential graphic design, and visual communications.

We are looking for an experienced Revit Drafter to develop architectural signage plans, drawings, and details utilizing Revit other BIM software. You will work with our design team and collaborate with outside architects and engineers as we plan, design, and implement creative wayfinding solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Produce construction documents and detailed drawings of signage, wayfinding, and thematic EGD elements
• Assist in the development of signage and wayfinding programs for large-scale aviation and transportation projects
• BIM coordination within Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360
• Work closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and other consultants

Requirements:

• Revit and other BIM design and drafting experience
• Experience with A/E collaboration and coordination tools (BIM 360, Navisworks, ProjectWise)
• Ability to manage your time across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Organized, detail oriented and able to work independently
• Signage and conceptual design experience preferred
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Enscape preferred
• Familiarity with signage materials, fabrication, and installation preferred
• Ability to travel (limited)
