Job Title: Field Technical Specialist / Desk Support

Location: St. Louis , MO 

Pay Range: $23-$26/hr on w2

 

What’s the Job?

  • We're hiring for a customer-facing HP PC/Printer field break/fix position! If you're passionate about providing hardware support, this role is for you.
  • You'll work with HP's PC Products customers, handling laptop, desktop, RPOS, and workstation products. Printer knowledge is a bonus.
  • We need individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple tasks, and are committed to success.
  • This role involves troubleshooting, educating customers, and collaborating with teams. Requirements include physical capability, flexibility for overtime, onsite customer experience, and technical/mechanical repair skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional hardware technology training preferred. The dress code is business professional. We offer cell phone reimbursement, provided a laptop /tablet, and background checks will be conducted.

 

What’s Needed?

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong technical and mechanical skills, including hardware repair experience. Flexibility for scheduled and unscheduled overtime is essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing work environments. Onsite customer-facing experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent) are required, with additional hardware technology training preferred. Candidates must be able to lift and move 50 pounds and demonstrate a keen aptitude for learning new technologies.
