1st Shift: $18.50 an hour, 5 am – 3:30 pm Monday-Friday

This is a short-term project. Good workers can be invited to stay and be hired in to the company.



What’s a typical day as a Production Operator?
• Assemble packaging boxes, read electronics scales, and package complete blended product in accordance with label description.
• Seal internal plastic liners using electronic sealer.
• Place completed boxes onto pallet and may wrap pallet.
• Adjust controls as needed to ensure quality production. May increase or decrease the speed of equipment using HMI or other controls.
• Pack whole product by hand or packing into box by weight.
• Inspect product to ensure that it is made according to specifications.
• Perform sanitation duties to keep the area clean.
• Performing all duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP requirements.
• Working with QA department to provide necessary samples at prescribed times. Making necessary adjustments to product based on feedback.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Have manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse or machine operation experience.
• Can read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Have basic math skills.
• Can lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds (with assistance).
• Can frequently bend, twist, reach, stand for the entire shift, use hand and fingers to handle or feel objects using tools or controls.
• Have basic computer skills.
