All About Caring Home Care would like you to join a great and dedicated caregiver team! The family is especially looking for Full-Time evenings which is Monday through Friday. Also, looking for day shift 4 days per pay period. Some room for negation of the time slots. It's a great family-oriented work environment. Wonderful house and happy client. Do a meet and greet with them. We love our patients and nurses and offer world class care with small town values. If you'd like more hours, we may be able to have you work with another client in the area as well. We'll train you. We'd love to have you visit the home. Responsibilities: - Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients. - Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans. - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. - Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care. - Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention. - Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities. - Maintain accurate patient medical records. - Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members. Qualifications: - Familiarity with medical software and equipment - Ability to build rapport with patients. - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
