Insurance Verification Specialist

Description:

• Using two EMRs (NextGen and EPIC) to complete scheduling and billing tasks.
• Enter patient information into the data base
• Assist with general insurance questions patients may have
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines when talking to patients
• Add bills to accounts based on patient services
• Process payments on patient accounts

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-1 year insurance verification

-Customer service (will be interacting with patients)

• Detail Oriented
