We are looking for reliable and compassionate Care Professionals to become a part of our team!
Our Caregivers get the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients and receive paid initial and continued training. Services we offer: Companionship/"Home-Helper" to Dementia Care, Hospice Support, and Advance Medical Care. We have a variety of shifts available as we provide many clients with 24/7 care.
*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead*
Sign On Bonus
We are currently running a sign on Bonus of $600.
-This bonus is activated upon onboarding and will be paid out in 3 payments after your 90 day probationary work period.
-1st payment: $200 at 90 days
-2nd payment: $200 at 6 months
-3rd payment: $200 at 9 months

Caregiver Availability:
We service clients in the Southwest Portland and Lake Oswego areas.
We are looking for Care Professionals with availability that includes but is not limited to the shifts below.
Shifts:
7am - 12pm
1pm - 5pm
6pm - 10pm (*weekend shifts)
Overnight shifts are $1 extra an hour
Weekend shifts are $2 extra an hour
Caregivers, What to Expect during the hiring process:
-Once a Caregiver applies, one of our Recruiters, Christian Kolesar or Cindy Mainquist, will be calling each Caregiver to schedule an interview.
-They will be calling Caregivers from the number 503-894-8796 (call if you have any questions).
-Once the Interview is complete, we run the Caregiver’s background check and then a job offer is made.
