Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift- The days would be Tues, Wed, Sat and Sun with rotational call.

At least 2 years experience in a hospital. GE Experience Required. Breast MR experience required as well.

ARRT(R) required for Greenwich because of the need for Xray experience

Parking - Free Part of Yale New Haven Health System.

RTO - we can auto approve up to 7 days

2 years required for submission (within specialty submitting to) We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp

Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler)
