- Significant BASEL/Large Exposure experience with OFSAA.

- Experience with OFSAA architecture and along with OFSAA infrastructure/development tools
- Experience with integrating data from multiple Core Bank applications into FSDF data model using DIH, and/or ODI
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including reg reporting SMEs, to comprehend Project requirements.
- Analyze all data sources, exposures, and reference data map to OFSAA systems and identify pain points or areas for improvement.
- Create comprehensive solution architectures that is scalable and will align with business goals on regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for the OFSAA solution.
- Consider scalability, performance, security, and integration capabilities.
- Document architectural diagrams, and system components.
- Support the solution to meets Banks performance benchmarks and scalability requirements.
- Support the data retention and purging strategy.
- Address security concerns by implementing best practices and compliance standards.
- Hands on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle's OFSAA GL Recon, CRA , FSDF, DIH and Data Governance pack
- Expertise in Enterprise Application Software as a Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Architect
- Understanding of OFSAA Infrastructure 8.1.x, Experience in OFSAA Data Foundation, Reconciliation Framework (GL Recon) and Regulatory Compliance (CRA) modules implementation preferably Basel 3 and Data Governance
- Experience with OFSAA metadata management framework, data modeling and leading OFSAA data model using Erwin
- At least 8 years of relevant and hands on experience
- BASEL/Large Exposure experience with OFSAA
- Regulatory Functional knowledge of both US and Canadian OSFI experience
- OFSAA stack full end to end from data ingestion to regulatory reporting
- Solid experience in a financial services organization including Regulatory reporting & submissions, risk management, finance and technology.
- In depth domain knowledge in Retail and Commercial Banking especially in Compliance, Knowledge and understanding) of regulatory frameworks, risk management principles within a financial services firm
- Good experience working with OFSAA modules OFSI, FSDF, CAP, GL Recon specifically on implementing Basel 3, Large Exposure framework requirements.
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
