Job Title: Contract and Licensing Support Representative
Department: Annuity Operations
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
As part of the Annuity Operations team at Advisors Excel the Contract and Licensing Support Representative provides outstanding customer service when processing and handling requests from agents, carriers, and internal staff. This role requires timely feedback with any pending contracting requirements to assist in the processing of the contracting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment this could be the perfect job for you!
What you'll do:
- Follow up on pending contracting with various insurance companies
- Support team members with outstanding requirements
- Provide agents with contracting statuses, codes, and training
- Complete monthly cleanup of current contracting system
Experience you'll bring:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry
- Previous customer service experience
