Inpatient and outpatient settings

Required skills and minimum years of experience: General physical therapy skills

13 weeks , possible extension

Day shift. Department is open 7-5:30 M-F. Could be a little flexible on the hours within that timeframe. Would likely never work alone.

40 hours guaranteed

Luverne, Minnesota area

Will cover both Minnesota and Iowa. Will wait for Iowa license, but will need MN license to be considered. Can start with Iowa license pending.

Could float to Adrian Clinic and Rock Rapids clinic if necessary but our plan is primarily at the Luverne location.

-Inpatient and outpatient general rural practice physical therapy

Epic documentation. Blood flow restriction. Ultrasound/E-stim. Ionto. General therapy equipment

Minnesota license required and then can apply for Iowa license upon offer
