Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of Medical Unit experience is required.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license prior to placement start.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

PCR testing required if applicable.

Must pass EKG Exam

Associate’s degree in nursing required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities: Assesses/reassesses young adult, adult, and elderly patients and applies the nursing process to: Cardiac Monitoring/Intervention , Sedation , Pain Management , Chest Tube care/insertion , Medication Administration , Pre and Post Cardiac Cath Care , TPN/PPN , KODA , Access Central Lines , COBRA , Specialized IV Drips and titration , IV therapy , IVADD , Waive Testing , Transfusion Therapy , Information Management
