SALARY:  Entry:  $81,120.00 /  Mid-Point: $93,600.00

Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the New Mexico Corrections Department. 

We are currently seeking a full-time Site Program Manager to join our team at Western New Mexico Correctional Facility--South, located in Grants, New Mexico working with an all male population.

The Program Manager is responsible for providing administrative guidance and supervision of clinical and administrative staff as well as collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate the clinical needs and provision of quality behavioral health services within a correctional setting.

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Mental health professional license in the state of New Mexico required:  LPCC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Minimum of two years' supervisory experience preferred.
• Three years' behavioral/mental health experience in a correctional and/or mental health services environment preferred.
• Ability to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Schedule:  Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm with the opportunity to work a 4/10 hour work week and/or one day work from home
