Job Description
We're hiring a Fulfillment Supervisor for a well established Freight Forwarder in the Doral are. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of experience in supervising the entire order process, from receiving customer orders to shipping the products in a timely manner. You will also have managed a team and provided trainings and support.

• Great Pay to $80K

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:
The supervisor oversees the entire order process, from receiving customer orders to shipping the products.
They ensure accurate data entry, verify order details, and track progress.
If any issues arise (such as incorrect orders or delays), the supervisor takes corrective actions.
Inventory Control:
Monitoring inventory levels is crucial. The supervisor ensures that products are available for fulfillment.
They collaborate with inventory managers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Quality Assurance:
The supervisor ensures that orders meet quality standards before shipping.
They may conduct random checks or implement quality control processes.
Logistics and Shipping:
Coordinating with logistics partners and carriers is part of the job.
The supervisor ensures timely and cost-effective shipping methods.
Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to order fulfillment.
Resolving any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
The supervisor generates reports on order processing efficiency, inventory accuracy, and delivery timelines.
Analyzing data helps identify areas for improvement.
Problem Solving:
When challenges arise (such as supply chain disruptions or unexpected demand), the supervisor finds solutions to minimize impact.
