Experience:

• 24 months of Home Health experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Monday - Friday

Once a month weekend rotation. flex day Thursday before and Tuesday after their weekend rotation.

Coverage area: Bonsall, Carlsbad, Fallbrook, Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, Vista, Cardiff by the Sea, Delmar, Encinitas, Ranco Santa Fe, San Luis Rey, San Marcos, Salona Beach, San Diego, Carmel Valley

Any overtime must be pre-approved.

HomeCare HomeBase/Pointcare experience required

Will only consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
