Paraprofessionals Needed - Clear Creek, IN
ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and healthcare staffing services, is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join our team in Clear Creek, IN. As a contracted Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students within the school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to address the unique needs of each student.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or caregiving setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College coursework in education or related field.
- Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Teacher Assistant.
