WI License - 13-Week Contract - 3+Yrs of Recent Inpatient Pharmacist - EPIC

Location:Central, WI

Start Date:April 22nd

Contract Duration:13 weeks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts, days from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating weekends
• Flexibility to assist with evening shifts as needed

Duties:

• Manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a central inpatient pharmacy setting
• Verify EPIC orders, check technician work, answer pharmacist phone calls, and perform related tasks
• Provide inpatient and outpatient IVs, inpatient unit dose meds, and outpatient chemotherapy
• Serve a diverse patient population across various units including Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, outpatient oncology, and ED
• Inpatient census usually ranges from 30-40 patients
