As a Senior HR Business Partner, you must be able to straddle both the strategic and tactical worlds as we grow as a company. With your strategic view, you will consult with your clients on organizational, team, cultural, change management and leadership development issues. You will develop and execute a talent strategy that is aligned with the business strategy, while also collaborating to develop and implement effective HR programs. On the tactical side, you will be expected to improve HR processes as well as manage employee relations issues and coach leadership. Your strong influencing and communication skills will help you meet the challenges and complexities of our global environment.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will:
Provide global HRBP leadership for assigned business functions working closely with the business leaders and HR partners (Compensation, Recruiting, HR Operations, etc.).
Provide guidance and input on business unit strategy, restructures, workforce planning, leadership, etc.
Develop and/or implement HR programs and initiatives that align to business strategy.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Analyze trends and metrics in the development of solutions, programs and policies.
Works with Employee Relations to manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations as needed.
Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
We're excited about you if you have:
10 years in HR related roles, 3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting global organizations.
Understanding of Engineering/Product organizations and processes.
Exposure to Enterprise Software or Big Data environments
Proven track record of proactively identifying and developing interventions that have contributed to the success of a business.
Demonstrated ability to manage executive relationships, even in challenging situations.
Experience managing and resolving employee relation issues.
Competency across multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, employment law, diversity, performance management, employment laws, etc.
