Our client, is seeking a [Job Title] to join their team. As a Factory Project Engineering Manager, you will be part of the department supporting team. 

Job Title: Factory Project Engineering Manager

Location: Hager City WI

What’s the Job?

• Assist in the development of process flow diagrams (PFDs), block flows, and P&IDs.
• Coordinate with vendors and OEM providers for equipment selection and procurement.
• Review layouts and provide input for adjustments as necessary.
• Support project management activities, including developing project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers on equipment status updates and deliveries.
• Maintain and update management of change (MOC) process documentation.
• Prepare documentation for internal funding reviews and project approvals.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure project objectives are aligned with plant requirements.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited University.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Experience with scheduling software (P6 or Project) and Microsoft Excel for cost reporting and trending.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certifications preferred.
• Food safety certification preferred.
