About the Position:

The Manager of People Operations will be the single escalation point across Epic Staffing Group for all Clinicians on Assignment (COA's), managing HR operations with a particular emphasis on behavioral and performance issues among employees. This role will play a key part in maintaining employee satisfaction and productivity, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations while driving organizational growth and ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.

We focus on outsourced placement of talented and in-demand individuals in Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health, Children's Physical & Behavioral Therapy, and Interim Leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Address behavioral and performance matters related to clinical employees, providing guidance, support, and counseling as appropriate and necessary.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including counseling, performance improvement plan development, corrective action, investigations, terminations, and exit interviews.
  • Respond to employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex or sensitive matters to appropriate parties.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations, and review panel meetings for COA's.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies and practices to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee proper documentation regarding clinical employees and client communication related to employment matters in the Company system of record.
  • Escalate any matters to appropriate ESGI shared services departments, including Business Integrity, Total Rewards, Leaves of Absence, Workers Compensation, and Payroll.
  • Assist with legal matters and filings.
  • Partner with division Presidents and management teams to develop and maintain the performance management process.
  • Serve as the sole Business Partner for the corporate population within Epic Staffing Group.
  • Manage a team of People Operations Partner's that supports the COA population across Epic Staffing Group.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources management (HR certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in addressing behavioral and performance matters, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Salary: $125,000 + bonus
