  • Coordinate with the marketing team to audit existing intranet content and structure and assist in developing and executing a content clean-up plan, as well as intranet architectural changes.
    • Facilitate editing or removal of dated or unnecessary content
    • Add new content pages as required
    • Code new section components, includes QA testing to verify performance
    • Drive development of intranet governance structure and rules, including permissions strategy and content strategy.
  • Assist in other digital projects which may include
    • Website content updates
    • API integration updates
    • Google Tag Manager audit and clean-up
  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of content and events to the intranet, and pull and analyze periodic reports demonstrating performance.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to facilitate region-focused content, collecting feedback and metrics from the regions to understand the impact of these initiatives.

  • Experience with Unily intranets a plus.
  • Familiar with front-end development (HTML, JavaScript).
  • Working knowledge of Drupal, WordPress.
  • AngularJS code familiarity and experience with APIs a plus.
  • Analytical, able to draw insights from data.
  • Self-starter, capable of managing tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and project management and organizational skills.
  • B2B marketing experience required.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable when direction or strategy is shifted.
  • Experience and comfort operating in a matrixed organization, with ability to lead initiatives that include cross-functional participants outside of the direct span of control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to sell ideas to cross-functional partners and present strategies to senior management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher).
