Position: Clinical Supervisor for the ACT Team

Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Salary Range: $64,147.20 to 78,520.00 (annual for non-licensed supervisors), $78,811.20 to $110,468.80 (annual for licensed supervisors) . There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. LCSW preferred. CADC I preferred. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Summary: The ACT supervisor provides team leadership and administrative support with multidisciplinary team that provides wrap around community-based services to members and family members of ACT. They assist and support participants with SMI diagnosis collaboratively with Case Management, Medical Services, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Peer Support, Supportive Employment, and other community partners to greatly reduce utilization of hospitals and institutions. Clinical Responsibilities will be Clinical supervision for the ACT team members individually in office and in the field mentoring, Group Supervision with the entire ACT team present. Direct service (ideally 50% or more of time) and be responsible for screening and admission (including ensuring ACT admission criteria adhere to the National Program Standards) Managerial responsibilities include Coordinating Day to day work and ensuring accountability, ensuring fidelity to ACT model, and tracking outcomes. Leadership responsibilities include advocating for ACT with agency (resources, system change, etc.), promoting ACT model and providing ongoing support/training to the team, educating community partners (admission criteria, referral process, etc.).

Supervisor Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision/support to assigned QMHP’s and is directly supervised by the Clinical Director. All staff and programs are responsible to the Agency’s Executive Director.
