Job Description
We have a seasonal position available as a Raw Materials Payable Clerk on Day shift.
Summary
Assists with preparing and processing of Raw Material Invoices for payment in the Accounts Payable Department.
Essential Functions
Retrieves daily receipts from Scalehouse.
Review receipts for accuracy.
Print invoice/emails from vendors.
Prepare invoices for data entry in Accounts Payable ledger.
Scans invoices into Document imaging system.
Reviews post data reports for keying accuracy.
Maintains accurate and orderly files of all information.
Other Duties
Receives written and verbal instructions on the above job tasks and performs other duties as directed by Supervisor.

Requirements:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school plus additional training required. Requires math skills including algebra and formulas, and general understanding of accounting principles. Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of standard business software plus specialty software required. Valid driver’s license required for performance of certain job tasks. Must read, write and speak English.

Physical Demands
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling.
Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.

Repetitive Motions: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform and activity such as: preparing and analyzing data figures: transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
