H-Wave is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Sales Analyst to play a pivotal role in our growth journey. As the Senior Sales Analyst, you’ll collaborate directly with the Executive Vice President of Sales, steering the ship toward new heights by performing and presenting sales analysis, improving and implementing cutting-edge CRM systems, and spearheading strategic projects. The Job


CRM Mastery and Innovation

  • Lead representative for the Sales Team, providing expertise in CRM design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance CRM efficiency, oversee team piloting, and ensure CRM launch.

Data-Driven Decision-making

  • Utilize Power BI and CRM to analyze sales activities, track order volume, and forecast sales trends.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the EVP of Sales, highlighting vertical market, region, and territory trends and performance.

Strategic Sales Insight

  • Drive market analysis for new and existing territories, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Training and Development Team and the Sales Leadership Team to contribute to the success of H-Wave.

Salary Description


Annual Salary: $100,000, paid biweekly

MBO Bonus: Up to 15%, paid annually, based on defined benchmarks

Education Benefits: Access to PMP Certification program and program cost coverage

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Project Management Certification Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in regional or national sales operations
  • Analytical acumen and high autonomy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business applications
  • Ability to travel up to 35% (overnight)
