**Join our Team**

We are currently seeking an Administrative Office Manager. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide essential resources and excellent operational support during our patients' end-of-life journey. We seek professionals who demonstrate compassion, empathy, and effective communication skills to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedule based on the patient’s care plan.
  • Manage and protect clinical records and documentation.
  • Provide support to patients, referral sources, and the team by answering phones, email, or fax.
  • Order supplies as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school education: secretarial and computer background preferred.
  • Good command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and office procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of office machinery.
  • Proficiency in telephone etiquette and computer data entry.
  • Strong aptitude for current software systems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Professional, friendly, and positive representation of the organization.
  • Excellent social interaction, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Personal car for travel and valid driver’s license.
  • Personal auto liability insurance coverage.
