Compensation
Staring hourly rate of $25 +
Employee meals provided during the shift
Uniforms provided, footwear reimbursed
Eligible for group insurance subject to the provisions of the plan documents
Eligible for 401K subject to the provisions of the plan documents
Paid Time Off, per club policy
Primary Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen throughout the day with light housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, cleaning counters, and garbage disposal.
Responsible for the quality of all food items prepared in the kitchen and ensures standard recipes are being followed on a consistent basis.
Assists with preparations of items to include but not limited to chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
Ensuring all dishes and prepped items are uniformly made to specifications set out by the Executive Chef.
Daily stocking and re-stocking of all kitchen items as needed throughout the day with raw materials and ingredients.
Ensure all government, safety, health, and security standards are compiled through the department at all times including HACCP standards.
Respects and positively contributes to the Club's culture and customs
