1st Shift -Maintenance/Groundskeeper - $18-$22/hr - Grand Rapids, MI

Preferred Skills:
- Maintain clean and orderly conditions throughout all areas of operation.
- Perform daily custodial duties throughout office and production environments.
- Perform interior facility maintenance duties as directed or observed.
- Perform exterior facility maintenance duties as directed or observed.
- Able to maintain lawn care and grounds around facility during the winter
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to take on any project i.e. painting, washing floors, hanging lights, snow removal, and landscaping
- Our client is looking for a reliable candidate to be a “Jack of all trades” at all of their facilities
In this role you will help take care of the facility and groundskeeping, as well as filling in wherever needed! Our client is looking for a self-starter who is always up to any task! This is an opportunity for a permanent position with benefits available at hire including health, vision, dental, 401k and paid holidays.
