Were seeking someone who is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and is a serious multi-tasker, with a knowledge of construction and estimating. Experience in Xactimate is a +++. Our Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications. The Coordinator will administer and organize projects and support the construction project manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create preliminary repair/rebuild estimate using Xactimate
• Monitor and communicate to ensure client requirements are followed up on
• Daily job file coordination between the Project Manager, Sub contractors and Customers
• Update and complete job file co-ordination
• Prepare change orders as needed, get customer's approval
• Follow up on collecting draws and change orders
• Prepare and execute the Lien process as needed

Experience/Skills

• 2+ year(s) of construction project administrative experience
• Proficiency writing estimates, Xactimate knowledge a plus
• Experience in service industry environment a plus
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Successful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
• Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Hours

• 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
• Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
