Job Summary:
This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also essential for success in this role.





Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding our products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries or unresolved issues
  • Update customer account information and maintain accurate records of all interactions
  • Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to customers


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
