We are seeking a skilled Saddle Tree Assembler to join our team. As a Saddle Tree Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling saddle trees according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble saddle trees according to specifications and quality standards
• Use hand and power tools to shape and cut wood
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• On-site: Yoakum, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in woodworking or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Some standing and walking; mostly sitting required up to 10 hours per day
• Hand usage required up to 10 hours per day
• Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
• Reaching, stooping, bending, and twisting required occasionally

Work Environment (This position requires that the employee be able to work in and around the following elements):

• Indoors
• In close proximity to loud machinery
