Safety Clerk

Description:

At 1888 Industrial Services, we cover a wide range of industrial markets and provide services for oil & gas, commercial & industrial piping systems, full paint and coating shop services, and fabrication industrial sectors.

The Safety Clerk will work closely together with the Safety department to ensure proper document control while providing front desk assistance to visitors, customers, and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. If you would like to join the 1888 Team please apply.

Essential Functions

• Document control
• Directing phone calls to the appropriate channels
• Assisting and prepping for incoming training classes
• Schedule training and classes necessary for our staff
• Record keeping
• Preparing safety files and documents necessary
• Assisting in Audits when necessary
• Keeping the Front Desk Presentable

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Company Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
