Your Role and Responsibilities: As an Assistant Grocery Manager, you'll play a vital role in directing our dedicated team to provide the highest standards of service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Three (3) years of experience in grocery operations.
• Organization Master: Organized and efficient.
• People Person: Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and all levels of management.
• Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Leadership Skills: Able to lead a team.
• Keen Eye for Detail: Previous checking and ordering experience is a plus.
• Continuous Learner: Completion of Retail Management Certification Program is a plus.
